EB2872A/B is an EA based two-component polyurethane adhesive in boiling grade, widely used in laminating of various treated film like BOPP,PET,NY,PA,PE,CPP,AL,Cellophane,Metal sprayed film,etc .

Typical Features:

l  High initial bonding strength, Very good peeling strength of the laminated film

l  Designed to laminate the package film which the contents required to be boiled at 100°C less than 30 minutes , EB2872A/B is used to produce the packaging film with structural plastic/plastic and Aluminum/plastic.

l  It complied with US FDA 21CFR175.105.

Solvent is ethyl acetate, acetone, MEK. The water content should be less than 0.03%. The alcohol content should be less than 0.02%. Ethyl acetate is recommended.

Package

Pack in steel drum normally.

Main agent is 20kg/drum. Hardener is 4kg/drum.

Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and ignition sources, keep container tightly closed.
