CLN711 membrane-specialized cleaning agent

1, Description

CLN711 is a kind of acid cleaning agent specialized for RO and NF membrane, compounded with various surface active agent, chelating agent, acid auxiliary agent and membrane protective agent. CLN711 can be effective and efficient to clean out the inorganic pollutant on the membrane surface, improve the normal cleaning performance, optimize the operation of the membrane system. With the special membrane repairing function, CLN711 can extend the membrane working life.

4, Operation Instruction

Preparation for cleaning: Check the cleaning tank, tubes and safety filter , add a new filter core if necessary, drain out all the water in the system.

Dispensing initial solution: Add CLN711 into the deionized water to make the standard solution with 1.5%-2% concentration, measure the PH of the solution, if PH is out of 2-3, please add hydrochloric Acid to adjust the PH. 

    Each cleaning cycle of the system is not less than one hour, kindly immerse not less than two hours.

   Elevating the temperature is helpful to improve the performance ,but can not over 40.

   The pump pressure shall be lower than 4.2kg/cm3 when cleaning, the recommended flow velocity of each pressure vessel is: 2.1m3/h for 4 inch; 8.0 m3/h for 8 inch; 10.0 m3/h for 12 inch.

   After cleaning, please use the percolated water to scour not less than 30 minutes.

   When the system is re-enabled, the percolated water in the initial 15 minutes shall be drained out. 

5, Package

   25kgs/barrel, packed in blue polyethylene plastic barrel.

6, Storage

   Room temperature in 25 C.degree is recommended. Please keep it in cool and dry place, its quality guarantee is 12 months. Please use up quickly as possible after open the package.

7, Caution

   Please put on the gas mask and protective gloves in the whole operation.

  CLN711 is the mixture of organic matter, inorganic matter and microorganism, please adjust the reactive concentration because of the complexity of the membrane, or consult our technician.
